To use the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

All transactions on the Platform are conducted using cryptocurrency. We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Litecoin (LTC), and other cryptocurrencies via our payment processor NOWPayments.

Important: Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Once payment is sent, it cannot be refunded except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy. You are responsible for:

• Sending the exact amount specified at checkout
• Using a compatible cryptocurrency wallet
• Ensuring sufficient network fees for transaction confirmation

Prices are displayed in USD but must be paid in cryptocurrency at the exchange rate provided by NOWPayments at the time of transaction.

Digital products are delivered instantly as downloadable files upon payment confirmation. By purchasing a digital product, you agree to:

• Use the product for personal or business purposes only
• Not redistribute, resell, or share the product with third parties
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code (unless explicitly permitted)
• Not use the product for any illegal or malicious activities

All digital products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that products will be error-free or compatible with your systems.

Hosting services are fulfilled manually within 24 hours of payment confirmation. By purchasing hosting, you agree to:

• Use the hosting service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not host illegal content, malware, or engage in hacking activities
• Not use the service for spam, DDoS attacks, or other abusive behavior
• Comply with the acceptable use policy of the underlying infrastructure provider

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate hosting services without notice if you violate these terms.

If you apply to become a vendor on the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate product descriptions and specifications
• Deliver products that function as described
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay applicable platform fees and commissions

We reserve the right to reject vendor applications or remove vendor products at our discretion.

Our Refund Policy is separate from these Terms of Service. Please review it carefully before making a purchase.

In general:

• Digital products are non-refundable due to instant delivery
• Hosting services may be refunded on a case-by-case basis before fulfillment
• Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE
• WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Digital Tools Marketplace, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your use of any product or service purchased through the Platform
• Your violation of any third-party rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Digital Tools Marketplace operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
