Refund Policy

Overview

Due to the nature of our products and services, we have a limited refund policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

By purchasing from Digital Tools Marketplace, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

Digital Products

General Rule: No Refunds

All sales of digital products are final. Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered to your account.

When you purchase a digital product:

  • The product is immediately available in your dashboard
  • You receive unlimited download access
  • The transaction cannot be reversed

Before purchasing, please:

  • Carefully read the product description
  • Review the product specifications and requirements
  • Check compatibility with your systems
  • Ensure the product meets your needs

Exceptions for Digital Products

Refunds for digital products may be considered ONLY in the following circumstances:

  • Product does not function as described: If the product is materially different from its description or does not function as advertised
  • Technical defect: If the product has a critical bug that prevents it from functioning and no workaround is available
  • Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice

To request a refund under these exceptions, you must:

  • Contact support within 7 days of purchase
  • Provide detailed explanation of the issue
  • Provide evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
  • Not have downloaded the product more than 3 times

Refund requests are evaluated case-by-case. Approval is at our sole discretion.

Hosting Services

Before Fulfillment

If your hosting order has NOT yet been fulfilled (status shows "Pending"), you may request a full refund. The refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

After Fulfillment

Once hosting credentials have been delivered to your dashboard, refunds are generally not available. However, we may consider refunds in the following cases:

  • Service unavailable: The hosting service cannot be accessed or is non-functional
  • Incorrect specifications: We delivered different specifications than what you ordered
  • Early termination by provider: The underlying infrastructure provider terminates the service within the first 48 hours

Refund amount for hosting services after fulfillment:

  • Within 48 hours of delivery: 100% refund
  • Within 7 days of delivery: 50% refund
  • After 7 days: No refund

Domain Reservations

Domain reservations are non-refundable once the domain has been reserved. Due to the nature of domain registration, we cannot reverse the reservation process.

If a domain reservation fails technically (domain not actually reserved), a full refund will be issued automatically.

Free Products

Products purchased at $0.00 (free products) are not eligible for refunds as no payment was made.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team:

  • Email: support@d-tm.sbs
  • Include your order ID in the subject line
  • Provide a detailed explanation of why you're requesting a refund
  • Include any supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.)

We will respond to your refund request within 2-3 business days.

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refund method: Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency, refunds will be issued in USD equivalent via the same payment processor (NOWPayments) or in platform credit, at our discretion
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days
  • Notification: You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed

Note: Cryptocurrency value fluctuations are not covered. Refunds are issued in USD equivalent at the time of original purchase.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a refund or any aspect of our service, we encourage you to contact us first at support@d-tm.sbs.

We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. If we cannot resolve your dispute directly, you may have the right to pursue further action through applicable consumer protection laws.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
